Mrs. Pavithra K is a dedicated nursing professional and educator with a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Laxmi Memorial College of Nursing under RGUHS and a Master's degree in Medical-Surgical Nursing with specialization in Nephro-Urology from Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences, Nitte University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D at Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) and works as an Assistant Professor at
Yenepoya Nursing College, Mangaluru.
She actively contributes to teaching, clinical training, and academic development, reflecting her commitment to advancing nursing education and practice. Her academic journey includes guiding numerous undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and publishing research articles in reputed journals. She has presented her work at national and international conferences. Beyond academics, she actively serves as a resource person in clinical training programs and community awareness initiatives, contributing to professional development and public health education.
