Dr. Veena Manoj, MA(Sociology), B.Ed., Ph.D.
Dr. Veena Manoj is an organized and dedicated educator with an excellent educational record, a passion for research, and extensive knowledge of medical sociology. She holds a Master's in Sociology from Bombay University and a Ph.D. from Mangalore University, along with a B.Ed. from Bombay University, and is UGC-qualified.
This book reflects her 30 years of teaching experience across various health science disciplines including MBBS, Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Allied Sciences. Dr. Veena has been appointed as an examiner and question paper setter by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Nitte Deemed University, Yenepoya Deemed
University, University of Health Sciences, and Calicut University.
A former member of the Ethical Committee of Fr. Muller's Institution and Mangalore Institute of Oncology, she has published in international journals like ISCRT and IJMER, presented at national-level seminars, and conducted workshops on "Sociology of Health" for teaching faculty at Mangalore University.
