1. Processing Time
Orders are processed for shipping once customer confirmation is received. We may contact you to verify details like your shipping address or payment information. After confirmation, we aim to process your order within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high order volumes, processing may be delayed, but we will notify you and keep you updated. We strive to fulfill your order promptly.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery
Digital Delivery: Our courses and digital products are available for immediate delivery upon successful purchase. Once your payment is processed and verified, you can access/download your course materials by signing into your account on our website or via a unique link sent to your email.
Your unique link to access digital courses will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox. For any issues accessing the course, please contact our customer support team at support@medistudygo.com.
Physical Delivery: Estimated delivery for physical products typically takes 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on your location or any unforeseen shipping delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address and shipping method selected at checkout. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order. Additional charges will apply for international orders (when available).
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your physical order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Please note that tracking information will be provided for most shipments. If your order does not include tracking, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
