Refund Policy
- Digital Products
All sales of digital products including but not limited to animated videos, mindmaps, and notesare final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the sale is complete.
If you encounter issues with accessing or using digital products, please contact our support team immediately at support@medistudygo.com for assistance.
- Refund Process
For eligible claims, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Claims for refunds will be processed for the following circumstances:
i. Defective or damaged products if reported within the appropriate timeframe i.e. within 7 (seven) days.
ii. Incorrect items received if the discrepancy is verified.

- Printed Books
We do not accept returns or exchanges for printed books once they have been shipped, except under the following conditions:
i. Defective or Damaged Items: If the book is defective, damaged, or contains a printing error upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
ii. Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item, we will offer a refund once the discrepancy is verified.
