Mrs. Pavithra K is a dedicated nursing professional and educator with a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Laxmi Memorial College of Nursing under RGUHS and a Master's degree in Medical-Surgical Nursing with specialization in Nephro-Urology from Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences, Nitte University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D at Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) and works as an Assistant Professor at
Yenepoya Nursing College, Mangaluru. She actively contributes to teaching, clinical training, and academic development, with extensive research and publication experience.

Mrs. Jyothi Rao is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Surgical Nursing at Yenepoya Nursing College, Mangaluru. She holds an M.Sc. in Medical Surgical Nursing with specialization in Nephro-Urology Nursing and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. With over fourteen years of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, she has guided numerous research projects and published in reputed journals.
