MediStudyGo began as a simple idea in a college dorm at Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore. Back then, Dr. Palak Bhandari, a third-year dental student, found herself struggling to retain the vast amount of information required for her studies. Traditional learning methods felt inefficient, and she knew there had to be a better way.
Driven by curiosity and a passion for education, she started creating animated videos to simplify complex dental concepts. These videos, uploaded on YouTube, quickly gained traction among fellow students who found them engaging and easy to understand. Realizing the potential of this approach, she collaborated with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and depth in every video.
As her work gained recognition, she presented her ideas at various hackathons and educational forums. Soon after, she was approached by a leading publisher to create animated videos for a textbook on periodontology—a pivotal moment that fueled her desire to take this initiative to the next level.
Determined to turn her passion into a full-fledged venture, she applied for the Startup India Seed Fund Scheme during her internship. Receiving the grant was the turning point—MediStudyGo was officially founded, backed by the Government of India.
From a solo project to a thriving team of over 50 passionate individuals, MediStudyGo has grown into a platform that makes learning easier, faster, and more enjoyable for students.
