What is the shipping time for my order?

Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 5 days, but in some cases, it may take 7 to 10 days to reach your doorstep.

What do I get in my order?

Printed Book Option:
If you choose the printed book option, you will receive a hard copy of the book delivered to your doorstep, along with 1-year digital access to the book through our app, available on both Android and iOS.

Digital Version Option:
If you choose the digital version, you will receive 1-year digital access to the book through our app. No physical copy will be provided with this option.

What is your returns policy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a return policy on our platform. Once an order is placed, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.

I have issues with Login, what should I do?

You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to login with the new password.

I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?

Please check whether you are using the same email, which was used for purchasing/using the access code. Check for the course in your My Course section. If the course is still not available, please drop an email to support@medistudygo.com
